AP500 Wet Well Mixer Customer Review
"An impact so great"
Common wet well problems
Most wet wells across the country experience the same problems. "Flushable" wipes can accumulate to form a pump clogging mass of maintenance headaches. FOG can quickly take over too causing vacuum cleaning after vacuum cleaning. The short-cycle maintenance load caused by these common wet well problems can make some feel like they're only chasing their tail.
Mixing makes your wet wells performs better
Mixing helps to keep those "flushable" wipes and other materials clump-free and in suspension so your grinder pumps can more easily pass them through. Constant mixing action also help minimize the FOG layer creating longer intervals between needed cleanings.
Case In Point, Real-World Customer Feedback
We received the below letter from one of our Customers to one of our Distributors. It's little things like this that let us know we are on the right track.
Improved wet well operation can have substantial savings in time and money. The less than two-month payback achieved in this case may be on the upper end of the scale but it's a great example of what can happen when reliable and effective mixing is added to wastewater lift stations. We included the letter in it's entirety below with personal identifying content removed. You can also see a scan of the original letter here.

RE: AP500 Units
Ms. XXXXX,
Hope this letter finds you and tyour team doing well. Just wanted to take a moment and say a personal Thank you on behalf of the utilities. The recent assistance that you and your group has provided for us went above and beyond for a study that has been very successful for the savings to not only the operations of the utilities, but ultimately the customers which are the ratepayers.
The newly installed AP500 units in our wastewater lift stations have made an impact so great, we are currently going to install the units in all of our stations across the system. The past routine was to wash, clean, vacuum, and add cleaning additives that had an extreme cost over a budgeted year, but with the new units we haven't had to conduct any of the routine measures to help with the chronic fats, oils, and grease in problem areas. In the location we have currently installed that we have monitored over the past months show an approximate $1600.00 savings per month, per station when you factor in the equipment, labor, material, etc. needed to do routine maintenance. We are very thankful for all your time in helping us learn the true possibilities of controlling those issues we were having. Unbelievable results, wish we knew it years ago.
Please don't hesitate to call, if I can ever assist you or your team.
Many thanks,
XXXXX XXXXXXXX
